At River City Recovery, we offer a focused, evidence-based continuum of outpatient care designed to help individuals stabilize, heal, and grow. Our programs address both substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges, meeting clients with a combination of structure, flexibility, and support. Whether you are transitioning from a higher level of care or beginning treatment for the first time, we’re here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
We don’t believe in cookie-cutter treatment. Every person we serve has a unique story, and their care should reflect that. Our clinical team takes the time to understand each client’s history, needs, and goals, and then builds an individualized treatment plan tailored to those realities. That plan may evolve over time, but the foundation is always the same: evidence-based care, delivered by professionals who genuinely care.
Our services are structured across three primary tracks: the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Individual Outpatient Services. Each level of care offers different degrees of structure and intensity, allowing clients to step up or step down based on their clinical progress and real-world circumstances.
Under the oversight of a licensed medical provider, we provide psychiatric evaluations and medication support for individuals who may benefit from pharmacological intervention.
Accountability is a key part of the recovery process. Our team conducts regular drug screenings to monitor progress, support clinical insight, and ensure safety within the program.
We help our clients navigate life beyond the clinical walls. Our case management services include referrals to higher levels of care when necessary, coordination.
Although our program is outpatient, we believe recovery extends beyond the individual. We offer resources and guidance to loved ones, including family check-ins, education.
Our PHP is the most intensive level of care offered at River City Recovery. It is ideal for individuals who need daily support but do not require 24/7 inpatient treatment.
We offer one-on-one counseling with licensed clinicians trained in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and more.
The IOP level is designed for those who have made progress in PHP or who require a lower level of structure.
At River City Recovery, our goal is not just to treat symptoms, but also to build systems of support that help clients sustain long-term recovery. Each service is designed to work in coordination with the others, creating a personalized, integrated care experience that evolves as the individual grows.
